Returns & Exchanges
- Time Frame: Unused items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for an exchange or a prompt refund.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Please reference your order number from the confirmation email during the return process. Remember to wear underwear when trying on our products.
- Right to Refuse: We hold the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or show signs of wear.
- Hygiene Policy: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any used bras and underwear. We encourage you to wear your own underwear while trying on our new items.
Size Problems
- Size Recommendations: Please consult the size chart to find your ideal fit. If you're between sizes, opt for the larger size for a comfortable fit.
- Exchange Service: We facilitate free exchange services for a different color, style, or size, exclusively within the Contiguous United States. Note that this offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I, etc. The first exchange avails a free return label, though new shipping costs apply thereafter.
How to Initiate a Return
- Return Request: To initiate a return, ensure the products have no artificial damage, retaining their tags and packaging. Share your order number, photographs of the items (showing tags and packaging), and the reason for the return to support@bibishop.com. Allow 1-3 business days for our support team to respond.
- Weekend Policy: We attend to emails from Monday to Friday; weekend emails will be addressed on the following business days.
Return Label
- For Damaged Items: In case you receive a damaged item, notify us within 60 days to avail a return label, exclusively for U.S customers. Email the details to support@bibishop.com.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Upon accepting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This process, communicated via email, can take 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times among financial organizations.

Shipping and Additional Costs
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees and any other associated costs are non-refundable. The return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless arising from quality issues.
- International Shipments: For international returns or exchanges, customers bear the shipping fees.
